The friendly staff made our arrival cute.
The room was full of yellow stains on the mattress and covers. Dark mold in the corners was troubling, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. Closing the windows only trapped the unpleasant odors inside.

A pleasant surprise in the details
The staff were attentive, always ensuring we had everything needed. The rooftop terrace was a hidden gem. Watching the sunset became our nightly ritual, a moment I'll cherish forever.
Our room was noisy at night. Street sounds often disturbed our sleep. The air conditioning also malfunctioned once, leaving us sweltering until morning.

The hotel is near some points of interest.
The hotel has been reconstructed and the reception area is very nice. However, looks like the reconstruction works have been finished at a rush in the rooms. The materials and furniture are nice and new but some parts look like having 50 years old, like the doors, the threshold and the lift. The walls painting is stained, the wc had humidity on the ceiling and the flush had a leakage to the floor. There is only one lift for a 7 floor builnding with about 10 room in each, what makes the wait for the lift very long or the use of the stairs more eficient. The cars are parked on the streets nearby, what in this case is a problem because it is an area with lots of traffic (at least in july). Resuming, the base ideas of the reconstruction are good but the finishing is poor.

Excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast good and plentiful.
The hotel and rooms are shabby. Our bathroom door closing mechanism was taped over so the door did not latch. There were recent plaster repairs on the wall that had not been finished and painted. As is it's about a 1 1/2 star hotel.
